You will need

  • - 2 glasses of grape juice

  • - 1 orange

  • - gelatin powder 15 g

  • - any berries

Instruction manual

1

To prepare this dish, we need 100 percent grape juice, it can be anything: from red, white or black grapes. Pour the juice into a small saucepan and put on a small fire, it is not necessary to bring the juice to a boil.

2

Wash the orange thoroughly with a brush and baking soda. Cut off the peel from it, cut it into pieces. Add the orange peel to a slightly warmed grape juice and continue to warm over low heat for another five minutes. After this time, the pan is removed from the heat.

3

Squeeze the juice from the peeled orange using a juicer or in any other way. Pour gelatin with the obtained orange juice and leave it to swell. Then dissolve the swollen gelatin until it is completely dissolved in the hot grape juice (you must first extract the orange peels from it). Let the juice cool at room temperature.

4

While the juice is cooling, prepare the berries. They need to be sorted out, leaving only good, beautiful, unspoiled fruits. Then the berries are washed and dried with a paper towel. If you decide to cook a treat of cherry, then you need to carefully remove the seeds from the berries. The berries are laid out in advance prepared for this form and poured completely cooled grape juice. The juice should be well chilled, otherwise the berries will give their juice and the jelly will not solidify as it should. Cover the forms with foil and put in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours, ideally at night.

5

To easily remove the frozen jelly from the mold, lower it for a few seconds in a bowl of hot water, and then, taking it out from there, quickly turn it over to the dish. Everything, a treat can be served at the table.
