Mix 150 g of flour, 70 g of sugar, 15 g of cocoa powder and 75 g of butter, add a pinch of salt and one egg yolk. Mix everything with wet hands. The basis of the curd is ready.

Roll the dough into a layer, put it into a detachable shape with a diameter of 26 cm, heat it in several places with a fork, put it in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.

For the filling, 3 eggs and the remaining protein, rub with the remaining sugar, whisk. Stir in the curd, sour cream, starch. Add the berries.

For crumbs, mix the remaining flour with a pinch of salt, butter, cocoa powder. Chop everything with a sharp knife to the state of small crumbs.
