Cooking:

Rinse dried fruits immediately (prunes must be selected without seeds). Pour them with warm water for steaming. You can not use boiling water for this, otherwise dried fruits will immediately cook as for compote. Remove dried apricots and prunes from the water, cut into halves or smaller pieces.

Check the beef flesh for cleanliness. It should not have films or other excess parts. If a piece has blue veins, they must be carefully cut with a sharp knife. Cut the beef in slices. Each one is slightly beaten off with a kitchen hammer to make it softer. Peel the onion and cut into half rings.

First turn on the roasting mode in the multicooker for about 10 minutes. Heat refined oil in it. First put onion slices in fat. Cook it for 3-4 minutes. It is necessary to ensure that the vegetable is only slightly browned, but not burnt. To do this, it should be constantly stirred.

Ingredients:

  • boneless pork ham - 1.5-1.7 kg;

In the morning, place the pork in the multicooker bowl with any heated oil and fry thoroughly on all sides in the appropriate mode. The program is suitable for frying and baking. The average cooking time in it is 15-17 minutes on each side.
