Dilute the yeast in warm milk and leave for 5 minutes. Sift flour, melt butter and cool. Rinse, dry with a paper towel and roll in flour.

Mix the eggs with melted butter, sugar, salt, raisins, vanilla and mix well. Add yeast to the mixture and gradually pour the flour, stirring. The dough should be in consistency like thick sour cream.

Pour dough into each tin so that it occupies 1/3 of the volume of the tin. Cover the tins with foil and leave for 5 hours.
