You will need
- - 200 g of tomato paste;
- - 2 onions;
- - 0.5 tbsp. rice;
- - 800 g of beef on the bone;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - spices to taste;
- - 1/2 tsp acute adjika;
- - 100 g of walnuts.

Pour water into a saucepan and put the meat to boil. Cook the beef on moderate heat for at least an hour. If a foam has formed, remove it with a slotted spoon. Salt the broth. Cool the prepared meat and cut into small cubes. Place the meat in the broth again.

Fry finely chopped onions over low heat. Stir constantly, bring it to a transparent color.

Add tomato paste to the pan (well, or you can replace it with mashed tomatoes) and chopped garlic. Do not forget to put adjika and spices in a pan. Mix well. Fry the dressing for a few more minutes and remove from heat.

Rinse and remove excess moisture with a colander. Then toss it into the broth. Cook rice for at least 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, add the finished dressing. Cook the soup for a few more minutes, then add the chopped nuts.
