You will need
- - 1 glass of flour;
- - 1 cup of sugar;
- - 5 pieces of eggs;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of cocoa;
- - 1 teaspoon of baking powder;
- - 2 glasses of curd cream;
- - 0.5 cups of confectionery powder (small colored peas);
- - sweets like M & Ms (rainbow colors);

Cook the biscuit by separating the whites from the yolks. Beat separately with sugar (half sugar) into a thick foam. Then, in one container, mix the whipped whites with yolks with a spoon and pour in the sifted flour with baking powder, mix. Add cocoa to the dough to make the biscuit brown.

Put the finished dough in a greased form. Bake in the oven, preheated to 180ºС for 35 minutes. From one biscuit you get 2 "rainbows."

Cut the cooled biscuit in half. Prepare the curd cream (see video) and grease the sides of the biscuit with it. Then dip it in the confectionery powder.

Apply cream on both sides of the biscuit.

Lay out sweets of the type M & Ms or "jelly" on the bottom according to the colors of the rainbow (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, blue, purple).
