Thoroughly beat the sugar, eggs, sour cream and butter with a mixer. Soften the butter first. Sour cream and eggs should be at room temperature.

Add salt, soda, flour and cocoa to the resulting mass. Mix well.

Then divide the resulting dough into two parts and bake two cakes in the oven.

Cook the semolina porridge and cool it. Rub the butter with powdered sugar and gradually, in small portions, add the porridge, mixing thoroughly. Lubricate the cakes with this cream.

Cook the icing. Mix the powder with cocoa and milk, put on a slow fire, heat. Then wait for the mass to cool. Add the butter there and mix. Pour the resulting glaze. You can decorate with coconut flakes or make an inscription. Cake "Bird's milk" is ready.

Semolina should be obtained the correct consistency and without lumps. To do this, pour the cereal into a hot milk in a slow trickle.
