The first thing you need to do is prepare the test for cakes. Pour cocoa powder and coffee into warm water and mix.

Pour granulated sugar into the yolks and pour in the sunflower oil, mix very well. As a result, granulated sugar should dissolve. The resulting mixture must be transferred to dissolved cocoa and mixed thoroughly again.

Wheat flour should be mixed with a pinch of salt and a baking powder. Then the flour is sifted. Further, it must be added in not very large portions to the mixture obtained earlier, systematically mixing. Make sure that there are no lumps.

Pour the egg whites into a deep cup and add a little salt, then beat with a mixer. As a result, a strong foam should form. Then whipped proteins should be carefully mixed with the prepared dough. This is best done with a spatula, so the mass will remain more airy.

Prepare the form. To do this, lubricate it and sprinkle with a small amount of flour. Divide the dough into 2 equal parts. Place the mold with the dough in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. After 45-50 minutes, the cake will be ready. Repeat with 2 pieces of dough.

Place the hot cakes on the wire rack and wait until they cool. Then cut each cake lengthwise. As a result, you get 4 cakes.

Pour water, condensed milk and yolks into the stewpan. It is necessary to boil the mass over minimal heat with continuous stirring until it becomes homogeneous. Then it should be removed from the stove. Pour the pre-ground chocolate into it. Stir until it melts.

Put the butter in a deep cup and beat. Pour the prepared mass with chocolate in portions into it, and whisk the butter continuously.
