You will need

  • - 300-350 g unsalted crackers "fish"

  • - 400 g sour cream with a fat content of 15%

  • - 2 medium-sized bananas

  • - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar

  • - 1/2 bar of bitter or milk chocolate

Mix sour cream and sugar in a deep bowl. Beat the mixture with a submersible blender or mixer until the granulated sugar has completely dissolved. You should get a uniform cream.

Add crackers to sour cream, mix. It is better to do this gradually, so that the consistency is suitable - the sour cream should be evenly distributed over the surface of the cookie. If there are too many crackers, the dessert will be poorly saturated and dry, if not enough, it will fall apart.

Cut bananas into circles, mix with crackers. Mix gently again. Bananas should be quite ripe and soft.

Take a deep form or salad bowl (preferably made of glass) and cover its bottom and sides with a layer of cling film. You need to do this so that part of the film hangs around the edges of the form. Place a mixture of crackers, sour cream and bananas in the salad bowl.

Gently ram the mass with a tablespoon. Lift the hanging edges of the cling film and close the dessert. Smooth the surface with your hands and gently squeeze so that there are no empty voids left by the cookies inside the mold - for this you need to take a glass dish through which the voids will be clearly visible through the walls.

Put the dessert in the refrigerator and leave it there for several hours. Then flip over to a flat dish. Remove the mold and carefully peel off the cling film.

Grate half the chocolate bar to make a chip. Sprinkle generously on top of the cake.

Using a sharp knife, cut a cake of crackers and sour cream into portions and serve immediately. Keep the dish in the refrigerator until serving.
