To make a sweet dough, take 1 cup of any beer, 200 g of margarine, 3.5 cups of flour o, 5 cups of sugar.
Margarine should be ground with sugar to a homogeneous consistency. Then add beer, mix and begin to knead the dough, adding the flour in parts. The dough should turn out to be moderately steep and elastic.
The baked goods from this dough will have a flaky texture. The dough is rolled into a layer and cut into squares. You can bake cookies sprinkled with chopped squares of dough with cinnamon and folded in half. And you can make puff rolls with filling. Fruits, thick jam, boiled condensed milk are suitable for the filling, or you can just sprinkle layers of dough with nuts.
