Instruction manual

1

Wash raw eggs under running water, beat them with a fork in a deep bowl, pour vodka or cognac, add soda and salt. Stir well and add flour. Knead the cool dough. Cover the dough with a napkin and leave for a while.

2

Make syrup. Pour honey into a small saucepan and sprinkle sugar. Melt the syrup over low heat, stirring constantly and not boiling.

3

Cut the pieces from the dough, roll them into strips, then cut these strips into smaller strips. You can cut into small squares, rhombuses. Fry the sliced pieces in a large amount of boiling vegetable oil, either in a deep fryer or in a deep frying pan. Golden color is a sign of the readiness of the chak-chak. Pull out the ready-made servings with a slotted spoon and transfer them to a colander. Excess oil must drain!

4

When toasting everything, pour the prepared pieces into a pan with honey syrup, mix gently, then put in a deep plate. After some time, turn the contents of the plate onto a flat dish. You can immediately form a cake on a plate and pour it with syrup. Decorate the Chuck-Chak cake as you wish with raisins, candied fruits or walnuts.

note

When deep-fried dough, do not leave the stove, so as not to burn!
