It is absolutely not difficult to cook the most delicate and flavorful meat. The recipe is interesting in that there are many different spices that ennoble the taste and smell of pork ribs. This dish is prepared in a saucepan, but it can be baked in a bag or sleeve.

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of pork ribs;
  • 2 white onions;
  • 1 zucchini (medium size);
  • 1 small hot pepper;
  • 4 cloves of garlic;
  • rock salt;
  • spices to taste
  • herbs: a sprig of basil (purple), 2 branches of thyme, 3 branches of fresh mint.

Cooking:

  1. Wash the zucchini, peel the peel from it with a peeler, cut into cubes (do not grind it).
  2. Free the usual white onion from the husk and cut into large slices.
  3. Cut pork ribs into portions convenient for you, rinse under running water, carefully removing small pieces of bone. It will be very unpleasant if at least one small splinter gets caught during a meal, and you can just accidentally break a tooth.
  4. We will deal with spices and herbs: mix all the ground spices into one dry mixture, just chop the herbs finely, chop the hot pepper, chop the garlic finely.
  5. Heat the stewpan on the stove, pour in it a little liquid oil for frying, pour the chopped zucchini and onion mixed into the bottom.
  6. Immediately lay a layer of processed ribs on them, close the saucepan with a lid and put on medium heat plate. Cook for approximately 25 minutes.
  7. After the lapse of time, scatter all the berries, cardamom seeds, one chopped clove of garlic for meat and sprinkle with a portion of the mixture of ground spices, simmer as much.
  8. After the next 25 minutes, season the meat ribs with the remnants of ground spices, fresh chopped herbs, salt, pour hot chopped pepper and garlic. Stew the ribs this time for about half an hour.
  9. When serving, pork ribs can be decorated with fresh parsley and dill.
