You will need

  • - onions 2 pcs.;

  • - champignons 300 g;

  • - minced meat 300 g;

  • - potatoes 3 pcs.;

  • - canned corn 3 tbsp. spoons;

  • - salt;

  • - ground black pepper;

  • - Bay leaf;

  • - vegetable oil;

  • - sour cream or mayonnaise;

  • - greens of dill.

Peel and grate the carrots on a coarse grater. You can also cut carrots into small cubes. Peel the onion and chop finely. Then fry the vegetables in hot vegetable oil until golden brown.

Cut the mushrooms into slices or small pieces. Sauté in vegetable oil. Also fry the minced meat in a pan separately.

Pour 2 liters of water into the pan and bring to a boil. Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes. Then put in boiling water. After 5 minutes, add the fried vegetables, mushrooms and minced meat. Boil the soup until the potatoes are ready.

At the end of cooking, add salt, pepper and add canned corn and bay leaf.

Serve the soup by pouring on plates, and in each add sour cream or mayonnaise and sprinkle with chopped dill.

Useful advice

Stuffing is not necessary to fry, but to make small meatballs out of it, adding onions and a chicken egg to them. Also, cream cheese and bell pepper are added to fill the soup. Then the taste is spicy and creamy at the same time.
