You will need

  • For four servings:

  • - 800 g of beef tenderloin;

  • - 130 ml of dry white wine;

  • - 130 ml of beef broth;

  • - 130 ml of whipped cream;

  • - 60 g of butter;

  • - 2 tablespoons of pink pepper in brine;

  • - 2 tablespoons of brandy;

  • - 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

Instruction manual

1

Warm vegetable oil in a large skillet with butter, fry the meat, cut into four steaks. Fry over high heat for four minutes on each side. Remove the steaks from the pan, cover so that they stay warm.

2

Pour white wine into a frying pan, add brandy, simmer for four minutes - during this time the drinks will evaporate in half. Add the beef broth, evaporate again in half. Get about 130 ml of sauce.

3

Dry and chop pink pepper a little, mix with sauce, add cream, cook until thick.

4

Put the beef steaks on warm plates, pour the aromatic sauce on top. Serve with green salad. Bon Appetit!
