- • Bay leaf - 2 pcs;
- • Garlic - 2-3 cloves;
- • Water - 1 liter;
- • Salt - 2-3 tsp;

In the boiling water add bay leaf, thyme, rosemary, pepper, salt, cook for another 5 minutes. Remove water from heat and allow to cool.

Put the meat in a pan and pour cooled aromatic water so that the meat is completely covered. In order for the meat to be well marinated, you need to put it in the refrigerator, after covering it with cling film, for 3 hours, maybe longer.

Get the meat, dry, add spices, pepper and salt. In the meat, make small pockets in which to put peeled garlic.

Put the prepared meat in a baking sleeve, pour a little marinade. Bake in the oven for about an hour at a temperature of 200 degrees.

After an hour, cut the sleeve, pour the boiled pork with juice, which stood out and bake another 10 minutes to get a brownish crust.

Boiled pork can be served hot with a side dish, or as a cold appetizer, simply cut into pieces. As a side dish, you can use rice or boiled potatoes.
