- For 4 servings:
- -1 liter of water
- whole peas of pepper
- -1/2 teaspoon (or to taste) salt
- -1 onion, finely chopped
- -3 carrots, peeled and chopped
- -6-7 potatoes, peeled and cut into pieces
- -500 grams of skinless and boneless salmon
- -300 ml cream
- - a bunch of dill, finely chopped

Pour water into a large pot and throw a couple of whole peas of black pepper, salt, onion. Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.

After 10 minutes of languishing, add carrots, potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked in half.

To step 2, add salmon and cream. Stew the soup over low heat for another 10-15 minutes or until the fish is ready.
