Hot smoked mackerel is a tasty and healthy dish loved by many. It will suit both the festive table and the usual dinner. Unfortunately, now you can be sure of the quality of food only if you have prepared it yourself. Even the high price does not guarantee the use of safe technologies and ingredients. It turns out to make mackerel at home very simple, especially if you have a slow cooker.

After the "steaming" program ends, drain the water from the bowl and put the fish in the sleeve to the bottom. If there is a thermal mat, you can use it. If not, put right in the bowl. Set the "baking" mode for 25 minutes. All! Our wonderful delicious fish is ready!

note

There are lovers of grate fish with lemon juice before cooking. In this case, this is not worth doing. The smell of lemon will also kill the taste of the fish itself, which is very pleasant with mackerel, and the aroma of spices. Use lemon when serving dishes. It can simply be laid out in circles or inserted between pieces of fish.

Useful advice

Hot smoked mackerel can be served with rice and vegetables. Or cool and serve with lettuce, cherry tomatoes and lemon as a cold snack on the festive table.
