- For 15 syrniki:
- - 400 g of cottage cheese;
- - 100 g flour;
- - 50 g of sugar;
- - 2 eggs;
- - vegetable oil.
- For the sauce:
- - 300 g of cherries;
- - 50 g of sugar;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of starch.

Rub the cottage cheese with vanilla (you can not add) and sugar. Add eggs, mix. Add flour, mix again. Cottage cheese can be wet or dry, so flour will need either more or less. You don’t need to make a thick dough, it should stick to your hands.

Form small cakes from the dough, roll in flour.

Pour oil into a skillet, heat, put cheese cakes. Cook over medium heat until golden brown. Then turn over, fry on the other side.

For the sauce, dilute the starch in 150 ml of water (take cold).

Add sugar to the cherry, pour 200 ml of water, bring to a boil, cook for 2 minutes. After this, pour in the starch, mix, remove from the stove.
