Melt the remaining 60 grams of chocolate in a water bath. Pour one tablespoon of melted chocolate into the center of the prepared mixture without stirring anything. Then carefully make a few circular movements in the center of the mixture, so that the chocolate does not mix with it, but simply leaves streaks. Just a couple of circular motions.

Now we prepare the mixture for freezing. A layer of the cream mixture is alternated with a thin layer of the mixture of the remaining melted chocolate. Put the finished container with ice cream in the freezer. After 8 hours, you can enjoy a delicious chocolate dessert - toffee.

Ice cream has a pleasant consistency, it stretches slightly. Chocolate is pronounced, chocolate layers give an even more intense taste. Two hours later, when the ice cream sets a little, sprinkle it with cocoa powder on top.
