  • - 100 g of almonds;

  • - 60 g of butter;

  • - 50 ml of red wine;

  • - 20 cherries;

  • - 1/2 cup fat cream;

  • - 4 egg yolks;

  • - 3 egg whites;

  • - icing sugar, salt.

Pound the egg yolks with 125 g of sugar until smooth, add the sifted flour in small portions, chopped almonds and chocolate (it must be grated beforehand).

Beat egg whites together with a pinch of salt in a froth, mix into the main flour mass.

Grease the cake mold with butter, sprinkle with flour a little, so that the finished chocolate cake can then be easily pulled out of the mold without damaging it. Put the dough in the form, put in the oven for 40 minutes. Cook at 180 degrees.

Put the cherry berries in a saucepan, add sugar, pour red wine, cook for 10 minutes, then remove the berries - they will be needed to decorate the finished cake.

Whip the cream with powdered sugar, cover the top and sides of the cake, garnish with cherries, pour the syrup in which the berries were boiled. In addition, you can decorate with slices of chocolate.
