To prepare the dough, you need to melt the butter either on the stove or in the microwave.

In melted butter, add sugar 100 g and cocoa 3 tbsp. To stir thoroughly.

Beat 2 eggs with a mixer or blender until lush foam forms. Mix the beaten eggs with the resulting chocolate mass with a whisk.

Sift flour through a sieve and add it to the dough. Mix. Add baking powder.

Lubricate the bottom and sides of the mold with oil. Spread the chocolate dough evenly. You can also put baking paper on the bottom so that you can easily remove the cake.

For the filling, you need to rub the cottage cheese through a sieve or pass it through a meat grinder. Mix it with sugar, starch and eggs, previously whipped in a lush foam.

Spread the filling evenly on top of the dough, and garnish with raspberries (or others) on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
