Semifredo is an Italian dessert very similar to ice cream. Usually it is added fruits, berries, nuts, cookies, chocolate. It is easy enough to cook at home.

You will need
- - 200 g of mascarpone cheese
- - 100 g cream with a fat content of 35%
- - 2 chicken eggs
- - 100 g cane sugar
- - 1 tbsp. l whiskey
- - 2 mangoes
- - 100 g Savoyardi cookies
- - a pinch of nutmeg
- - 50 g cocoa

In eggs, the yolks are separated from the proteins. Combine the yolks with half the sugar, put in a water bath and beat in foam. Put to cool. Meanwhile, whip the cream. Beat the whites with the remaining sugar. Gently, so that the mass remains the same airy, in a bowl combine the mascarpone cheese, whipped cream, whipped yolks and squirrels, add whiskey and a pinch of nutmeg.

Line the mold for semifredo with cling film. Place Savoyardi cookies at the bottom of the mold so that the bottom is completely closed. Pour half the cream mixture into a cookie mold. Peel and cut the mangoes, put on the mass and pour in the remaining creamy mixture. Sprinkle cocoa on top.

Let the liver soak for 15 minutes, then put the dessert in the freezer for at least 4 hours. Relocate to the refrigerator 1 hour before use to make it slightly soft.

Savoyardi cookies can be replaced with any shortbread cookies.
