Lighthouse Salad
It will be required to put the salad in one layer:
- canned cod liver - 1 can;
- potatoes - 3 pieces;
- carrots - 2 pieces;
- eggs - 3 pieces;
- hard cheese - 80 g;
- mayonnaise.
Cooking
Boil potatoes, carrots and chicken eggs, and mash the cod liver with a fork. Spread the products in layers, a little smearing with mayonnaise:
- boiled potatoes, grated on a coarse grater;
- mashed cod liver;
- boiled carrots, grated on a coarse grater;
- diced eggs;
- finely grated cheese.
Salad "Pacific surf"
Will need 4 servings:
- canned cod liver - 1 can;
- eggs - 4 pieces;
- shallots - 1 small onion;
- canned green peas - 1 can;
- mayonnaise.
Cooking
Boil eggs, cut cod liver into medium pieces. Dice eggs and onions, add green peas and canned cod liver to them. Season salad with unsweetened yogurt or mayonnaise.
