Mediterranean Salad is a diet salad. Cooking it is not difficult. All vegetables included in the salad are very useful, and salad dressing with balsamic vinegar will fill the dish with a thin sweet and sour finish.

You will need
- - 4 tomatoes;
- - 3 sweet peppers;
- - 1 cucumber;
- - 1 head of red onion;
- - 100 g pitted olives;
- - 200 g of iceberg lettuce leaves
- - 100 g of cheese;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of lemon juice;
- - 0.5 tsp balsamic vinegar;
- - 1 teaspoon of soy sauce;
- - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;
- - dill;
- - parsley;
- - salt.
Instruction manual

Take bell pepper in three colors: red, yellow and green. To cut in cubes.

Cut the cucumber into circles. Tomato wedges.

Dill, chop parsley. Pitted olives put whole. Rinse the iceberg lettuce under running water and cut into strips.

Cut red sweet onion into half rings and pour cold water. Leave on for 10 minutes. Then drain the water, put the onions in a colander, drain the water.

Combine the vegetables in a bowl and pour over the lemon juice. Leave on for 5 minutes. Then lightly sprinkle with soy sauce.

Cooking salad dressing: Mix balsamic vinegar with olive oil. Season the salad. Salt to taste.

Dice the cheese and add to the finished salad.
Useful advice
If you bought the Iceberg salad not in the freeze, but a fresh head of cabbage, then be aware how many leaves to add to your liking.
