Chop the onion and pickle in vinegar. Cut fish, crab sticks, crab meat, fruits, gherkins, cheese, eggs, green onions, mix.

Put the salad on a dish or stuff them with tomatoes. Garnish with purslane, celery, dill or citrus basil greens. Sprigs of rosemary or juniper will not interfere.

Useful advice

You can determine how well smoked fish was cooked by its color. The golden, brilliant small fish was cooked correctly: in smoke from wooden sawdust. But the use of smoke fluid and artificial colors gives the fish a dull reddish hue.

It is also worth checking to see how uniform the color of the fish is, whether it is the same on both sides. If one side is clearly lighter - the fish is not smoked properly.
