Everyone has long known that eating fish is very beneficial. That is why we bring to your attention a very useful recipe for fish platter, which is cooked in the oven. Three types of fish, and even cooked in pots, give the dish an unforgettable taste. And all this is complemented by fried vegetables, lettuce and fresh cherry tomatoes.

We will need:

• 0.9 kg of assorted fish (salmon, burbot, menek);

• ½ lemon;

• 1 tbsp. l soy sauce;

• 1 tsp mustard with grains;

• 1 zucchini;

• 1 bell pepper;

• 5 medium onions;

• 4 tbsp. l olive oil;

• salt to taste;

• sea salt;

• pepper or favorite spices;

• bay leaves;

• 9 cherry tomatoes;

• 9 lettuce leaves.

Cooking:

1. Wash all fish fillet, clean from bones, cut into medium slices and put in one bowl.

2. In a cup, connect 1 tbsp. l oils, soy sauce, regular salt, mustard and your favorite spices. (You can take seasoning for fish or Provence herbs). Mix all the ingredients well to make a fragrant and spicy marinade.

3. Pour slices of fish fillet with marinade, mix gently with your hands and leave to marinate for at least half an hour.

4. Meanwhile, cut the onion into rings, the cherry tomatoes into halves, and the zucchini and bell pepper into short strips.

5. After half an hour, take the pots for baking. At the bottom of each pot put a bay leaf and pour ½ tbsp. l oils. Lay slices of fish on top of the oil and pour over the remaining marinade. (In this case, the first layer must be burbot, then salmon and at the end of the meneck).

6. Cover the fish in pots with a layer of onion rings. The pots themselves should be covered with lids, placed on a baking sheet and sent for 1 hour to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees.

7. At the end of baking fish, you need to do cooking vegetables. Straw pepper from zucchini, put in hot olive oil and fry over high heat, stirring occasionally.

8. Cover the dish tightly with lettuce.

9. After frying, put the vegetables on lettuce leaves and sprinkle with sea salt. Why is it marine? Everything is very simple. This salt does not melt, but will give the dish a beautiful appearance and unusual taste.

10. After an hour, remove the pots from the oven and cool slightly. After the marinade, carefully drain, and turn the fish on a dish with vegetables. The result is that the fish will lie on an onion pillow.

11. Garnish fish platter with vegetables with halves of tomatoes and serve.
