To prepare a delicious fish soup, prepare the following foods: 500 grams of abdomen or trout fillet, 5-6 small potato tubers, carrots, bell pepper, 2 onions, 3 tomatoes, dill and parsley, pepper, salt, cooking oil for frying.

Abdomen cleanse from scales, fillet just cut into small equal pieces, rinse. Put the fish in a pot with cold water, cook for 25 minutes on low heat. While trout is cooked, peel and chop the onions and carrots into small cubes. Pepper free from seeds and stalks, chop with straws, like potatoes.

Remove the fish from the pan and set aside on a plate, strain the broth through a fine sieve, bring to a boil again, add potatoes to it. Pour the tomatoes with boiling water and hold in it for about 5 minutes, cool, remove the skin from them, cut into cubes, add to the broth with potatoes. Pour vegetable oil into a hot pan, fry the carrots with onions and pepper until golden. When the potatoes are almost ready, put in it fish, fry, salt, pepper, cook until cooked. Serve to the table, sprinkled with finely chopped greens.
