To please your guests and family with a delicious treat, it is not necessary to spend a lot of time and stand at the stove. Cake from cookies and condensed milk does not require baking, and, supplementing it with nuts, chocolate or berries, you can get a new taste every time.

Cookies and condensed milk cake with walnuts

The following ingredients are needed to make this cake:

- 1 can of condensed milk;

- 200 g of butter;

- 800 g of thin shortbread cookies of rectangular or square shape;

- 1 glass of milk;

- 100 g of peeled walnuts.

Combine the condensed milk with softened butter and beat with a mixer until a homogeneous, thick consistency. Put a layer of cookies on a flat dish, dipping each cookie in warm milk beforehand. Do not hold cookies for a long time in milk, otherwise the cake will turn out to be too wet. Then grease the cream on top and lay out the next layer. Put another 2-3 layers in the same way. Coat the top layer and sides of the cake with cream. Refrigerate the cake for approximately 40 minutes.

Finely chopped peeled walnuts with a knife. From the remaining cookies, make small crumbs and mix with nuts. Take out the chilled cake and gently pat the glass of milk with a paper towel. Sprinkle the cake with nuts and crumbs from the cookies, and then put it back in the refrigerator for 5-8 hours (the longer the cake stays in the refrigerator, the better it will be saturated with cream). If desired, you can decorate the cake with sugar figures or berries.

Coconut Chocolate Cookies and Boiled Condensed Milk Cake Recipe

To make this cake, you will need the following products:

- 600 g shortbread cookies;

- 1 can of boiled condensed milk;

- 100 g of milk or white chocolate;

- 1 bag of coconut flakes;

- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of cocoa powder (optional).

Condensed milk can be cooked on your own. To do this, a closed jar (tin) with condensed milk should be lowered into a pan filled with cold water and cook over low heat for 2-3 hours, making sure that the water completely covers the jar.

Cookies (any sweet not too dry is suitable) should be broken with your hands in such a way that a sufficiently small crumb is obtained. Pour cocoa powder and mix if desired. Combine with boiled condensed milk and mix thoroughly. Put the resulting mass on a large dish and form a cake of any shape out of it. Put the cake in the refrigerator.

After 2-3 hours, remove the cake from the refrigerator. Pour on top with milk or white chocolate, melted in a water bath. When the chocolate glaze hardens slightly, sprinkle the cake with coconut flakes and refrigerate again for a few more hours.
