Chocolate cake with condensed milk
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp. flour;
- 4 chicken eggs;
- a pinch of salt;
- 3 tbsp. Sahara;
- 2 tbsp. kefir;
- 2 tsp soda;
- 1/2 tsp table vinegar;
- 3 tablespoons bitter cocoa powder;
- vegetable oil;
For cream:
- 500 g of butter;
- 400 g of condensed milk;
To decorate:
- 40 g of chocolate;
- 40 g of walnuts.
Remove the butter from the refrigerator. Break the eggs into a deep bowl and rub thoroughly with a mixer or whisk with a pinch of salt and sugar until the bulk products are completely dissolved. Add to each cup of kefir a spoonful of soda quenched with vinegar, shake and pour into the egg mass. In small portions, add flour and cocoa powder, previously sieved through a fine sieve. Knead the dough.
Preheat the oven to 180oC. Cover with parchment and coat with vegetable oil, including the sides, a round, split mold with a diameter of 24-26 cm. Pour a third of the chocolate dough into it and bake for 15-20 minutes. Make two more cake layers in the same way and cool everything.
Beat softened butter with condensed milk, gradually introducing it in a thin stream, until smooth. Collect the cake, greasing each chocolate layer with milk butter cream. Sprinkle it with grated chocolate and chopped walnuts.
