Oil should be removed from the refrigerator in advance so that it softens. Then in a blender combine it with flour and bananas. The dough will be soft, but if it is hard to work, add some more flour.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Carefully form the cookies, put them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, make a notch with a fork and send to the oven for 15 minutes.
