Instruction manual
1
Defrost the fish in advance if you have it frozen. Rinse, fill with water and set to boil rice over low heat. Cut the fish while the rice is cooked. Remove all bones, skin and fins. Next, cut the resulting fillet into medium-sized cubes.
2
Grind garlic and herbs. Select a frying pan with high edges, pour oil and set to warm up. Throw garlic and herbs in a hot bowl. Stir constantly and fry over low heat.
3
Add the salmon cubes, salt and basil to the garlic and sauté for a couple of minutes over low heat. Mix gently and add boiled rice. Add greens, cover the pan with a lid. Turn off the stove and let the pilaf infuse and absorb all the aromas. Serve the dish hot.
Useful advice
If you take a mixture of different types of rice, it will be even tastier.
If desired, you can add frozen green peas or carrots to the dish.
Serving such a pilaf is better with a light vegetable salad.
