Ingredients for the dough:

  • 250 g. Ordinary flour;

  • 100 g whole grain flour;

  • 1 orange

  • 1 tsp dry yeast;

  • 2 tsp honey;

  • 4 tbsp. l sunflower oil (without aroma);

  • warm water;

  • salt.

Ingredients for the filling:

  • 2 oranges;

  • 2 bananas;

  • 1 tbsp. l starch;

  • 180 g sugar.

Cooking:

1. Wash and peel one orange well. Rub this peel on a fine grater, extracting the zest, and squeeze the juice and pulp from the peeled orange.

2. Mix juice with zest and add warm water so that 200 ml are obtained. liquids. Then add salt, honey and oil to the same liquid.

3. Two types of flour mixed with dry yeast.

4. Combine both masses by kneading an elastic, soft and supple dough.

5. Roll the finished dough into a ball, place in a bowl, tighten with cling film and put at least an hour and a half in a warm place.

6. While the dough will be suitable, you can do the cooking of the filling. To do this, take two more oranges, thoroughly wash them and cut into slices, and cut the slices into slices without peeling. Moreover, if there are bones or hard films, it is advisable to remove and cut them.

7. Peel and cut the bananas in rings.

8. Put the slices of oranges and banana rings in a saucepan, cover with sugar and mix.

15. Cut out many circles from the cake with an ordinary glass and place them along the sides of the form in a circle (on top of the fruit puree), imitating a half-closed cake.

16. Pie with orange-banana filling bake 45-50 minutes in the oven, preheated to 180-190 degrees.

17. Then remove from the oven, cool completely, transfer from the mold to the dish, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
