  • - 60 - 70 ml of water.

Peel the potatoes and finely chop them into cubes. Chop onions. Combine minced meat, potatoes and onions, add finely chopped herbs and spices to taste.

Pour water into minced meat and add 2 tablespoons of sour cream. Mix everything thoroughly.

Grease a sheet of pita bread with mayonnaise or sour cream (can be vegetable or butter). Put the filling on a sheet of pita bread and evenly distribute.

Grease the cooker bowl with vegetable oil. Twist the pita bread into a roll and put in the form of a spiral on the bottom of the bowl.

Mix in a cup 2 tablespoons of sour cream and mayonnaise, add 2 eggs. Beat the mixture with a fork until smooth and pour the cake.

Set the "Baking" mode. Pie preparation time - 60 minutes. After the sound signal announces the end of the program, take out the bowl with the pie and be sure to let it cool for at least half an hour, otherwise the baking may fall apart.

Useful advice

If you want to reduce the baking time, you can pre-boil the potatoes in a slow cooker in the "Steaming" for 10 minutes.
