- - bell pepper - 3 pcs.;
- - beef (chicken fillet) - 300 gr.;
- - broccoli (or cauliflower) - 200 gr.;
- - onion - 150 gr.;
- - cheese - 100 gr.;
- - salt pepper.

Finely chop the onions and broccoli.
We pass the meat through a meat grinder, mix the minced meat with onions and broccoli. Salt, pepper to taste.

Cut the pepper lengthwise into two equal halves and remove the seeds.
We stuff it with beef and broccoli.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
