You will need
- Ground hazelnuts - 150 g;
- Flour - 225 g;
- Cornmeal - 150 g;
- Butter (softened) - 185 g;
- Yolks - 6 large yolks;
- Milk - 115 ml;
- Sugar - 110 g + a little for sprinkling;
- Favorite alcohol - 1 tsp;
- Dough baking powder - 1 sachet.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Prepare the form - grease with oil and sprinkle with sugar.

Sift 2 types of flour with baking powder into a large bowl. Add ground hazelnuts, mix.

Using a mixer, mix the softened butter, yolks, sugar, milk and a teaspoon of alcohol. Combine with dry ingredients, mix until smooth, pour into a mold and send to the oven for 25-30 minutes.

We get out of the form, sprinkle a little more sugar on top at will, cool. The cake should not be baked completely - this is its highlight! Have a nice tea party!
Useful advice
Hazelnuts can be ground in a coffee grinder with added sugar - then you get exactly nut flour, not butter paste. Lovers of nuts can add coarsely chopped hazelnut kernels for a brighter texture.
