You will need
1 kilogram of cauliflower, 2 liters of water, 250 milliliters of tomato puree, 100 grams of butter, 130 grams of hard cheese, 1 teaspoon of salt, pepper to taste.

Rinse cauliflower, peel and divide into inflorescences. Bring the water to a boil, salt and put cauliflower inflorescences in it. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Throw the boiled cabbage into a colander and let the water drain. Grind the cabbage in a blender.

Mix tomato puree with 80 grams of oil and cook for 5 minutes. Mix mashed potatoes with chopped cabbage.

Rub cheese on a coarse grater. Add half the grated cheese to the tomato-cabbage mixture. Pepper and mix well.

Grease a baking sheet with butter and put the mixture in it. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
