To prepare the cake, grind the margarine with sugar, add vanillin, eggs, everything is well reshuffled. Then add the zest of lemon, baking powder, flour. Put the dough in a mold previously greased with vegetable oil, bake at a temperature of 180 ° C for 45 minutes.

For flowers, grind the margarine with sugar, add the yolks (whisk the whites in the refrigerator for the cream) and flour.

Knead shortbread dough, refrigerate for 1 hour, then, thinly rolled, cut out 16 small flowers.

Having laid them on a baking sheet, bake at a temperature of 180 ° C.

Cool the finished cookies, fold in pairs and layered with jam. Put in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.

Make icing: beat the remaining proteins into the foam, without stopping whipping, pour sugar, starch and pour lemon juice. It should get a thick mass.
