Instruction manual
1
Soak gelatin in cold water in accordance with the instructions. In the meantime, in a saucepan over moderate heat, mix the cream and boiled condensed milk. Bring to homogeneity, stirring. Cool a little, just a couple of minutes, and add gelatin to the creamy mass. We stir until it is completely dissolved. The resulting mass is poured into molds and put in the refrigerator for solidification. Panna Cotta is ready.
2
We spread all the nuts in a pan and lightly fry. We shift to the form lined with baking paper. In a pan we make caramel: melt the sugar until brown, add the butter, mix with a spatula until smooth and fill the nuts. We wait until the mass hardens, and break it into pieces.
3
In order to remove the dessert from the tins, for a few seconds lower their bottom into a container of hot water. Turn over onto a plate, sprinkle with walnut caramel and decorate with drops of boiled condensed milk. We serve. Bon Appetit!
