Refreshing cucumbers filled with mincemeat. Great snacks for an outing family outing.

You will need
- - 3 cucumbers;
- - 500 g of mushrooms;
- - 50 g of white bread;
- - 1 large onion;
- - 1 egg;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoon of tomato paste;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoon of sour cream;
- - dill for decoration;
- - juice of 1 lemon;
- - fat for frying;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoon of flour;
- - parsley;
- - salt and pepper.
Instruction manual

Peel the cucumbers. Cut lengthwise and take out the seeds with a teaspoon. Finely chop the mushrooms, stew. Cut the onion into small cubes.

Prepare the minced meat: in a separate bowl, mix finely chopped stewed mushrooms and chopped onions, add raw eggs, crumble white bread. Put chopped parsley, season with salt and pepper. Gently mix the whole mixture.

Fill the prepared parts of the cucumbers with minced meat. Fill half and half empty, cover the filled halves with them and dress them with culinary thread.

Take any refractory bowl and grease. Put the bandaged cucumbers in it.

In a separate bowl, mix sour cream with tomato paste. Pour the cucumbers sprinkled with lemon juice on top of the resulting sauce. Add a little flour to the cream and tomato sauce. Stew dishes with cucumbers over low heat for 20 minutes. Put the finished dish on a plate, sprinkle with chopped dill.
