- 1 cup of cold water;

- 200 g of butter;

- 2 cups of flour;

Chop the butter and flour with a knife and carefully grind the resulting mixture into crumbs. In a glass of cold water, add a little salt to your liking and pour the liquid into flour and butter. Knead the dough, cover it with cling film and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Grease the molds with vegetable oil. Make balls from the dough, put them in the molds and evenly distribute the resulting mass.

Put the pan with the dough on the baking sheet and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees. They are not baked for long - only 7-10 minutes. After that, let the tartlets cool and fill them with fillings.

So that during baking the bottom and walls of the tartlets do not swell, sprinkle peas or other large grains in them.

A delicious dish is tartlets with squid. To prepare it, you will need:

- 400 g squid;

- 1 head of onion;

- 2 green apples;

- lettuce leaves;

- mayonnaise;

- salt and black pepper;

- lemon and herbs for decoration.

Rinse squid carcasses, clean from the insides and peels. Boil in boiling water and cut them into thin rings.

Peel and chop onions and apples into small cubes. Tear lettuce leaves into pieces.

So that the onion does not bitter, pour boiling water over it.

Combine squids, apples, onions and lettuce in a bowl, mix everything, pepper and salt. Season the salad with mayonnaise. Let stand a little at room temperature and fill with tartlets.

Cut the lemon into thin slices. Cut it along the radius and fold it with a cone. Put greens on a dish, put tartlets with squid, and lemon flowers in between.

Tartlets with a salad of cheese and mushrooms are made quickly enough if you prepare the baskets in advance. For salad, take:

- 100 g of cheese;

- 100 g of salted or pickled mushrooms;

- 1 clove of garlic;

- 1 head of onion;

- mayonnaise;

- greens.

Cut onions and mushrooms into small pieces. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Garlic clove through a press. Mix all the ingredients and season with mayonnaise.

Start the prepared baskets with a salad of cheese and mushrooms. Put the sprigs of greens on the dish and put the treat on the table.

For tartlets with rice, fish and meat you will need:

- 100 g of long-grain rice;

- 1 can of saury in its own juice;

- 1 tomato;

- 100 g of boiled chicken;

- 1 sweet bell pepper;

- greens;

- mayonnaise;

- salt.

Boil rice in salted water. Divide it into 2 equal parts. Dice the fillet, tomato, onion and pepper. Mash cyrus with a fork.

Mix one portion of the rice with saury and tomatoes. The second - with chicken, onions and bell peppers. Fill the toppings with mayonnaise and put in tartlets.
