Boil the beef whole. To make the meat juicier, put it in already boiled water. Then, as usual, remove the foam, add the peeled onions and carrots, salt. We take out the prepared meat and let it cool. Cut into small pieces.

Cook potatoes in their skins, hard-boiled eggs. After cooling, clean. Both rub on a coarse grater. We clean the onion, finely chop it and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Raw peeled carrots and three cheese on a fine grater. Salted mushrooms need to be thrown into a colander so that the glass is excess liquid. You can also pickle, but salted salad is much tastier.

We put in the refrigerator at night (6-8 hours) for impregnation. Salad ready!
