How to make dough

To reduce the calorie content of the dish, prepare the filling of fresh cabbage or mushrooms. In the first case, take:

- 550 g of white cabbage;

- 2 eggs;

- 60 g of water;

- 5-6 feathers of green onions;

- 3 branches of dill;

- salt, optionally ground black pepper.

Cut cabbage into small squares or rub on a special grater intended for this vegetable. Put it in a pan, fill it with water. Let it boil over high heat, then make it small. Stew the cabbage for 15-20 minutes. If she is young, it will take less time. If the head of late-ripening varieties and does not belong to the new crop, simmer it for 20 minutes.

Boil the eggs, peel, cut into cubes, put them in the cooled cabbage. If you do not count each calorie, add 1-2 tbsp. l butter in a still hot cabbage, mix, the filling will be tastier.

Chop onion and dill finely. Add this greens to the stewed cabbage, as well as salt and pepper if desired, the filling is ready.
