Incredibly tasty and very tender soufflé from ryazhenka, which is very easy to prepare. It can be served for breakfast, lunch or even as a dessert. Thanks to vanilla and icing sugar, soufflé acquires a very pleasant aroma.

Ryazhenka should be taken high-quality, very thick. Fold the cheesecloth in several layers, pour the fermented baked milk on it, put on a sieve, leave it overnight in the refrigerator. You will get pasty and thick cheese from ryazhenka - this is what you will need to prepare the most tender souffle.

Separate the yolks from the proteins. Add powdered sugar, vanillin to the yolks, rub until white. Beat the squirrels in a strong foam. Add the egg yolks with the cheese mass, mix everything well. Gradually introduce proteins, mix gently so that the mass remains airy, does not settle.

Lubricate ceramic baking tins with butter, put a souffle blank in them. Put on a baking sheet, which is filled with hot water - it should reach the middle of the tins. Place the baking tray in the oven.

Bake the most tender souffle from ryazhenka for 30 minutes at 160 degrees in the oven. The souffle should remain slightly trembling.

You can serve the souffle hot, or you can cool it, turn it on a dish and pour it with any sweet sauce. Another souffle can be served with berries or baked immediately with them.
