First mix molasses or honey, butter, brown sugar. Put on a small fire, stirring until smooth for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.

If you do not have molasses, then you can replace it with honey. Combine flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, soda, baking powder and coconut. Add lemon zest, chopped almonds, egg and honey. Knead the dough.

Form the middle balls, pyramids, cubes, place them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.

Put in a preheated oven to 180 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes.
