By tradition, this gourmet French dessert is assembled from several "floors" of air puff pastry. Between them lies a delicious cream, and fresh fruits or berries decorate the sweet confectionery design.

Ingredients:
- Raspberries - 150 g;
- Chicken egg - 1 pc;
- Puff pastry - 0.5 kg;
- Fresh mint - a few leaves;
- Whipped cream to taste;
- Powdered sugar.
How to cook a gentle milf with raspberries:
- Defrost the dough in room conditions. It is strongly discouraged to speed up this process with an oven or microwave, otherwise the layered structure will hopelessly lose its properties.
- The thawed layer is laid out on a countertop dusted with flour. We roll it out lightly, without pressure (we move in one direction), and then divide it into rectangles with a knife (you can form circles or squares - who prefer).
- Break one egg into a small bowl. We arm ourselves with a whisk or fork and begin to actively whisk it.
- We place the blanks for milfoy on a baking sheet. We leave a small distance between the "neighbors" - during baking the dough will increase in volume.
- We process each piece with an egg and send it to the hot oven for 25 minutes. The dough should be “rich in gold” at a temperature of 190-200 degrees.
- We take out the basis for the dessert and let it cool down properly.
- We take one of the blanks and cover with a layer of whipped cream. From above, lay out the washed raspberry berries, and then again apply the air cream.
- We cover the product with the second piece of dough, and sift the sweet powder on top. In conclusion, decorate with a milf leaf of mint.
- Repeat the same steps with the other puffs. Serve a treat without delay, so as not to give lush cream the opportunity to settle.
