A good idea for lunch or dinner without meat is pasta in sour cream and garlic sauce with fresh herbs. You can use not only pasta-horns, but also spaghetti or tagliatelle.

You will need

  • - 170 g of pasta;

  • - 1 large bunch of green onions;

  • - 1/2 cup chicken stock (possible from a cube);

  • - 150 g sour cream with a fat content of 20%;

  • - 2 cloves of garlic;

  • - 1 small piece of butter;

  • - salt, freshly ground black pepper.

Crumble the bouillon cube and fill it with hot water (1 cup), stir until a homogeneous consistency and complete dissolution of the cube. For the recipe, you need half a glass.

Wash the onions under running water, shake off the drops, dry them (you can get them wet with paper towels). Cut into small rings. Set aside a small portion of the onion for serving.

Melt the butter in a pan. Add the onion rings and fry a little, stirring with a wooden spatula.

Pour in chicken stock, add sour cream. Peel the garlic, cut in half, remove the green center. Grind the teeth or pass them through the press. Add to the pan to sour cream and onions. Stir and simmer to make a sauce of uniform consistency.

Boil the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packaging until al dente. Throw it in a colander and let the liquid drain.
