You will need
- - 1 kg of salmon fillet;
- - 4-5 potatoes;
- - 6-8 pcs. cherry tomatoes;
- - 1 stalk of celery;
- - 1 onion;
- - a mixture of aromatic hot peppers, rosemary, salt to taste;
- - 4-5 tablespoons olive oil (can be replaced with vegetable).

Rinse the potatoes, fill with water and boil in their uniforms. Do not bring to readiness. Drain the potatoes and let cool. Cut the fish fillet into large pieces. Rub salt and pepper into the fish and let it brew for half an hour.

Wash the tomatoes, remove the core and cut into plastics. Cut the peeled onions in half rings or quarters, if the onion is large. And chop the celery in thin circles. Peel the cooled potatoes and cut into plastics.

In a deep bowl, gently mix the potatoes and grated rosemary, season with butter and add a little salt. Fine, but gently mix the mixture.
Add tomatoes, onions and celery and mix again.

Put potatoes on the bottom of the pan, and distribute the fish fillet on top. Put in the oven for half an hour. Bake the dish at 180 degrees.
