An unusual, but very simple and tasty recipe, using which you can please your homemade delicious hot cheesecakes for breakfast or afternoon snack. And most importantly - no fuss with the test!

Pick your recipe

You will need

  • - 7 fairly soft bagels;

  • - 400 g of cottage cheese;

  • - 80 g pitted raisins;

  • - 1 egg;

  • - 2 tbsp. spoonfuls of sugar;

  • - a pinch of salt;

  • - milk of any fat content for soaking bagels.

Pour milk into a deep container, lower the bagel there and leave for about 8-10 minutes, so that the lower part is properly wet.

Then turn the bagel on the other side and hold in milk for another 10 minutes to get it wet. Soak all the bagels in this way. To make things go faster, you can pour milk in several plates and soak several bagels at once. Or use one large deep dish, which will immediately fit 3-4 bagels.

Rinse thoroughly, you can optionally sprinkle it with boiling water. For the filling, mix the cottage cheese, raisins, granulated sugar and chicken egg, add a pinch of salt.

Grease a baking tray with vegetable oil or lay on it parchment paper, also oiled. Spread the bagels on top. Using a spoon, put the curd filling in the center of each bagel - it should be quite a lot, with a slide.

Place the baking tray with bagels in an oven warmed up to 180 ° C and bake for 15-20 minutes until lightly browned.

Using a wooden spatula, very carefully remove the prepared cheesecakes from the baking sheet and move to a plate, immediately serve to the table. However, the cold cheesecakes made of bagels are also tasty.
