You will need
- - 1 onion;
- - 2-3 tablespoons olive oil;
- - 1 carrot;
- - 500-600 g of minced meat (beef or a mixture of beef with veal);
- - 200 g of frozen green peas;
- - ½ cup white wine;
- - 150-200 g of mashed tomatoes;
- - 300 g of boiled rice;
- - 4 pitas;
- - teflon stewpan or deep frying pan.
Instruction manual

Heat olive oil in a pan / stewpan. Add onion, chopped into small squares. Cut the carrots lengthwise into four parts, then cut them across (you get small quarters). Attach to the onion and mix.

Mince the meat well, season with salt, pepper and other spices to taste. Add thawed peas to it. Transfer the mixture to the pan. Reduce the heat a little and mix the minced meat with peas with onions and carrots.

After two minutes, add white wine. Stir constantly until the drink has completely evaporated. Stuffing should look a little dried. Add mashed tomatoes to the mixture, mix well. Set the fire to a minimum, close the lid and cook the dish for another 3-7 minutes (time depends on the power of the stove).

Add boiled rice to the mix of minced meat, mix all the ingredients. Serve on the table in a small bowl, garnishing with a sprig of greenery. If you do not like rice, use prepared minced meat as a filling for pita.

This dish is very nutritious and perfect as a lunch or dinner for both women and men.
Useful advice
If possible, use fresh (in the same amount) peas instead of ice cream.
