How to cook noodles

Take the following components:

  • flour - 1.5 tbsp.;

  • egg - 1 pc.;

  • drinking water - ½ tbsp.;

  • salt - 2 g.
  1. Mix the ingredients in a cup and knead the cool dough.

  2. Roll it into a circle, not more than 5 mm thick.

  3. Cut with a noodle cutter or knife into strips of 3-4 mm, roll a little in flour.

  4. Arrange on a board to slightly dry.

  5. Boil in salt water and place on a sieve, rinse with boiled cold water. Set aside.

One small trick when cooking is to dip the noodles in boiling water in portions and immediately mix vigorously. Cook no more than 8 - 10 minutes. In order that it does not stick together, you can add 1 teaspoon of oil.

The following proportions of ingredients will be required:

  • meat - 600 g;

  • broth - 500 ml;

  • carrots, onions, potatoes, Bulgarian pepper - 2 pcs each;

  • round tomatoes - 3 (cherry 7) pcs.;

  • rare green - ½ pcs.;

  • garlic - 2 to 3 cloves;

  • vegetable oil - 50 ml;

  • cilantro, dill, parsley - a bunch;

  • salt, spices for beef, Zira, barberry - to taste.

  1. Take the ducklings as a stewing dish. In it, the beef will turn out juicy, tender and will not burn.

  2. Wash, dry and cut into small pieces all the vegetables (except greens).

  3. Place the duckweed on the stove, add oil and heat.

  4. Cut the beef with medium cubes (5 - 6 cm), remove excess moisture and carefully transfer to a preheated dish.

  5. Fry the meat for 10-15 minutes, stir with a spatula so that only the top layer sets (for the crust).

  6. When liquid appears and the color of beef changes, add solid vegetables in stages: carrots, radishes, onions, peppers and fry for 5 minutes over high heat.

  7. Stir, salt, season with spices and add the remaining vegetables: potatoes, tomatoes, garlic and some herbs

  8. Fry for 7 - 10 minutes over medium heat, pour into the contents of the broth and simmer for an hour.

  9. Then you should turn off the gas and let stand for about 15 minutes.

Serving dishes to the table

  1. The final step in making lagman with beef is the process of assembling it.

  2. Pour the noodles with boiling water (can be heated in the microwave) and put in a plate.

  3. Place a vaja on top with a ladle, sprinkle with herbs and add the broth. If desired, put a gravy boat next to it.

Lagman in a slow cooker

A quick and understandable way of making soup involves the following components:

  • beef - 300 g;

  • potatoes, carrots, Bulgarian pepper - 3 pcs.;

  • onions, tomatoes - 2 pcs.;

  • garlic - a small head;

  • zucchini - 150g;

  • parsley - 10 g;

  • Olein oil - 30 ml;

  • water - 1.5 l;

  • noodles - 250 g;

  • salt, spices - to taste.
  1. The cooking process begins with the preparation of all products. They should be washed, peeled and crushed with straws.

  2. Pour oil and put meat into the multicooker bowl, fry until moisture disappears.

  3. Put onion and carrots in a fry, fry for 3 minutes.

  4. Add the remaining vegetables and spices to the contents, fry for 2 - 3 minutes.

  5. Pour water, salt, add greens and leave to simmer with the lid closed for 25 - 30 minutes.

  6. In the meantime, boil the noodles according to the instructions on the packet. Drain and put into the slow cooker. Boil for a couple of minutes and leave to simmer for 10 minutes.
